MAGIC FRENCH FUDGE

INGREDIENTS

(MAKES ABOUT 875 g or 3/4 lb)
1 - 500 g pkg Chipits semi-sweet chocolate baking chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
dash

 

salt
1 1/2 tsp - 7 ml vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups 125 ml chopped nuts - optional
INGREDIENTS

In top of boiler, melt chocolate over boiling water, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in Eagle Brand condensed milk, salt, vanilla and nuts. Spread mixture evenly into waxed paper lined 20x20cm (8x8") baking pan.

 

Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares.

 

Tightly cover any leftovers.
