CARAMEL POPCORN CRUNCH

50 ml oil
125 ml popcorn kernels
100 g almonds
100 ml light corn syrup
375 ml sugar
125 ml pecans
250 ml butter
5 ml vanilla extract
Heat oil in a large pan. Add popcorn and pop. Combine popped corn, pecans and almonds and spread on baking sheet. In a sauce pan, combine constantly. Continue boiling until mixture turns a light caramel colour. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour hot mixture evenly over popped corn and nuts. Set to cool. Break into pieces and store in tightly closed container. Last of all ENJOY!!!
