DIRECTIONS: Work well together. Roll out and cut with cookie cutter or do the traditional Scotish way. Divide recipe into two. Roll into circle about 1 inch thick and 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Flute the edges, prick top with fork and bake on cookie sheet at 300 F. until browned. Makes a perfect Christmas dessert.
