1 | cup | of flour |
1 1/3 | cups | of milk |
2 | eggs |
Mix milk and eggs in blender
then gradually add flour.
When all is well mixed it will be bubbly.
Pour batter on buttered pan.
Make sure that you only pour enough batter to cover the pan. Cook on oven at medium.
When underside is golden brown flip and cook other side.
Meanwhile, put cheese or honey on the side you cooked first.
Fold up both top edge and bottom edge, and ENJOY!
