| 1 | tsp | cinnamon |
CUT OUT WITH CUTTER.
DECORATE WITH ICING, CANDY OR BITS OF CITRON. CREAM SHORTENINGHEAT MOLASSES TO BOILING. COOL SLIGHTLY AND POUR OVER SHORTENING. MIXING WELL. STIR DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER; MIX IN TO FIRST MIXTURE. CHILL 1 HOUR OR MORE. ROLL OUT DOUGH 1/4 THICK ON A LIGHTLY FLOURED BOARD. CUT WITH COOKIE CUTTER. BAKE AT 375F: 5 TO 7 MINUTES.
