egg whites | |
1/2 tsp - | 2 ml | vanilla |
1/2 tsp - | 2 ml | vinegar |
1/4 cup - | 50 ml | sugar |
1/2 cup - | 125 ml | chocolate chips |
How to make:
1) Take the eggs out of the refrigerator so that they'll warm up to room temperature. Preheat oven to 120 C (250 F). Cover Cookie sheets with foil, dull side up.
2) Place the egg whites, vanilla and vinegar in a glass bowl. Using an electric mixer or wire whisk, whip until white and frothy.
3) Beat in sugar a little at a time until all is added. Keep whipping until stiff and glossy.
4) Lightly stir in chocolate chips.
5) To make Christmassy - sprinkle with sprinkles.
6) Drop by spoonfuls onto the sheets. Bake 1 hour until light brown. Cool on sheets.
